72% of executives: AI will be an essential competitive advantage within 3 years
The fact
According to a major Ipsos x Google survey published in late March 2026, 72% of senior executives consider that artificial intelligence already is — or will be within 3 years — an essential competitive advantage for their company. This is no longer a hunch: it is a massive consensus among the people who make the decisions.
The Codito analysis
This figure confirms what we see on the ground: companies are taking action. 62% of French SMEs already use at least one AI tool. And most tellingly, 75% of those that have invested in AI have hired new employees to support the rollout. AI isn't eliminating jobs — it's creating them. Those who move now build a lead that is hard to catch up with.
What it means for you
The question is no longer "should we do it?" but "where do we start?". When 3 out of 4 executives see AI as a strategic lever, standing still becomes the real risk. The good news: it's not too late. But every month that passes widens the gap with those who have already begun.

+109,000 € in hidden costs uncovered: the Amourdedieu testimonial
We have just completed the strategic AI Audit of the Amourdedieu group, a public works, landscaping and land-restoration company with more than 100 employees and 15 million euros in revenue.
Julien Ollier, the CEO, agreed to share his experience on video. And the result speaks for itself.
The situation
Manual processes, duplicate data entry, no clear view of hidden costs. 16 simultaneous job sites managed with a patchwork of different tools.
Our method
9 one-on-one interviews, from the executive team to the field. A complete analysis of every process, every tool, every friction point.
The result
+109,000 € in hidden costs identified. 14 friction points detected. 16 tailor-made solutions proposed, from the 0 € quick win to a full transformation program.
Julien says it himself: concrete solutions, tailored to his tools and his teams. That is exactly our approach: no theory, just fieldwork. If you're a business leader wondering what AI can really bring to your company, this video is for you.

8 cities in one week: Codito in the field
This week was a road trip. 8 cities crossed in just a few days: Nantes, Paris, Nice, Grasse, Antibes, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Pertuis. Client meetings, conversations in the field, and a lot of coffee.
That's Codito too: an agency that travels, that comes to meet you, that understands your reality on the ground. Because an AI Audit isn't something you do from behind a screen.
Are you in Bouches-du-Rhône or Alpes-Maritimes?
We travel very regularly throughout Bouches-du-Rhône and Alpes-Maritimes. If you're in the region and would like to talk about your AI projects, get in touch. We'll grab a coffee and simply talk it through.
Nantes → Paris → Nice → Grasse → Antibes → Marseille → Aix-en-Provence → Pertuis. AI happens in the field.
Thank you for reading us every Sunday. We'll see you next week to unpack the essentials of AI together. Until then, take care of yourself and stay a week ahead.
