The simple test: if one of your tools goes down on a Monday at 9 am and the answer has to be “Codito is on it”, Enterprise is what you need.
Yes — it is actually the most common case: tools built in-house, by successive contractors or with AI. The first month is precisely for that: inventory, access takeover, assessment, monitoring setup. Inherited weaknesses are identified, written down, and treated as priorities in the roadmap.

You write to your dedicated lead — someone who knows your systems, not an anonymous ticket. Every incident is ranked by severity, defined with you at the start: whatever blocks your business comes before everything else, and you can see where things stand at any time. Response times are set out in the quote, according to how critical your systems are — every ecosystem is different, we do not sell an off-the-shelf grid. We sell neither contractual penalties nor marketing “24/7”: we would rather make a commitment we keep than a clause nobody reads. If your business ever requires extended coverage, we build it together — and we put it in writing then.
No. Cancel at any time, the current month remains due, like all of Codito's Partnership offers. In return, Codito commits to a 90-day notice and documented reversibility. You are free to leave overnight. We are not.
Reversibility is included: exit plan within 30 days, handover of all access, documentation and procedures, transition session with your new provider. Everything belongs to you from day one — code, infrastructure, access. Leaving is a right, not a negotiation.
