Hello everyone,
Grab your coffee and settle in: three minutes to stay a week ahead.
This week, the AI landscape crystallised abruptly. Forty billion dollars were committed in a matter of days, redrawing the balance of power. At our own scale, we accelerated too: a new salesperson is joining Codito. The common thread — for the giants and for us alike — is cadence.

Anthropic heads for $900B: the AI landscape has just been redrawn
The fact: On Wednesday 29 April, several sources confirmed that Anthropic — the maker of the Claude model — is in talks for a new funding round at a valuation of 900 billion dollars, higher than OpenAI's. The announcement follows Google's commitment, five days earlier, to invest up to an additional 40 billion dollars in the company ($10B immediately, $30B tied to milestones).
The Codito analysis: Anthropic's revenue went from one billion dollars at the end of 2024 to thirty billion by early April 2026. That acceleration is unprecedented in the history of tech. Above all, Google's move is telling: a player developing its own Gemini model is willing to fund a direct competitor to the tune of a war chest, because not investing would mean losing access to the frontier. The geography of leaders, platforms and standards is being redrawn in weeks — no longer in years. It is the structural rhythm of the market that has changed.
What it means for you: For a business leader, the risk is no longer picking the wrong tool — it is failing to organise yourself to absorb the pace. If the market moves by tens of billions a week, your AI strategy can no longer be a quarterly meeting. It has to be a rhythm. Weekly, monthly — it hardly matters. But a rhythm.
|
The number of the week
15. That is the number of new connectors added to Claude last week — Spotify, Uber, Instacart, Booking.com and more. Your AI can now book a ride, plan a trip or handle your groceries on a simple instruction. The shift from "AI as assistant" to "AI as colleague" is happening in practice, right now.

The Codito AI Partnership: the rhythm your company needs to keep from falling behind
When the AI market injects forty billion in a single week, your strategy can no longer be written at an annual off-site. It needs a steady heartbeat.
That is exactly what we offer with the Codito AI Partnership, launched last week and designed for pragmatic leaders: a monthly pulse to continuously integrate AI developments into your business decisions, without hiring a Head of AI at €120k a year.
In each cycle:
- A 90-minute strategy video call with a dedicated lead consultant — review, diagnosis, revised roadmap
- A personalised report within 48 hours: executive summary, radar of the month's innovations, thematic deep dive, catalogue of solutions
- A dedicated WhatsApp channel, with replies within 24 hours, for the decisions that cannot wait until the next call
- 30-minute flash video calls on demand, whenever an opportunity or a threat arises
- An AI maturity score reassessed every month across five dimensions — to measure your progress objectively
349 € per month excl. VAT. Cancel anytime, no commitment. Up and running within seven days.
Our goal: that within twelve months, your company masters AI on its own. That you no longer need us.

Welcome, Raphaël: Codito accelerates its commercial growth
One week after launching the AI Partnership, we are accelerating on another front: commercial growth.
Raphaël Parpinelli is joining Codito as a sales representative. I will let him speak for himself.
|
" I threw myself into B2B sales and growth, and I am putting all my energy into it. Coming from a different field, I chose to dive into the world of sales by joining Blogseo as an SDR. In three to six months, I learned to prospect from scratch : cold email, cold calling, lead qualification, pipeline management on Notion and Sheets. "
What I love about SDR work and growth :
- Finding the right message for the right person
- Testing, iterating, optimising
- Understanding what sparks a conversation, and then a sale.

For you, readers and clients, the translation is simple: Codito is investing in its capacity to serve more business leaders, faster. Raphaël brings with him a rare discipline of experimentation — the kind that tests every hypothesis, measures every response, optimises every message. If you cross paths with him in the coming weeks, you will now know who is behind the voice on the phone or the signature at the bottom of the email.
