Gustave Rénovation

Gustave Rénovation is a general building contractor founded in 2018, based in Paris and Bordeaux, specialising in full renovations and custom construction for private and commercial clients. At the outset, three pain points: quotes that took too much time, double entry between Excel and the management software, and fragmented order tracking. Management wanted AI at the heart of how the company works, not used at random, and to offload admin work. The partnership started in June 2026, with a monthly session and follow-up in between. In early July, Codito delivered a first prototype, "Gustave Chantier 360": a quote that feeds the schedule, purchase orders and supply tracking, site reports, progress invoicing and a multi-branch dashboard. Rather than hand over a black box, we trained the owner to build with Claude Code: starter kit, API keys and environment variables, Git, deployment. By the end of July, the app was running on the company's real data (quotes, invoices, schedule, clients, subcontractors), and the owner was already adding features and pages himself. In September, the work focused on robustness: a security review, a Git branching workflow, automated tests and code review before every release. Next steps: multi-user access with two-factor authentication, domain agents (including a quote-preparation agent) and e-invoicing compliance.
