Gapzen wanted a standalone web app able to convert parents through a simple, engaging “Free” diagnostic, then deliver in Premium a genuine AI Expert built on a massive document base.
All of it had to embed a clear freemium model, a smooth experience and ready-to-use monetisation.

A 10-question AI quiz, with semantic analysis of the answers. The user arrives, answers, immediately sees a first analysis. No friction, no hidden paywall.
