Experts Publics had to address a very concrete challenge: build a reliable platform connecting public-service freelancers and local authorities, with a high bar for compliance and for the quality of the user journeys.
A complete web app, built for compliance.
We designed and built the application around the key journeys: sign-up, matching, profile management, applications — plus a dedicated admin area for moderation.
GDPR was handled by design, not patched in afterwards.
An AI agent, sovereign by design.
We built an agent trained on the French public procurement code and powered by Mistral. Not OpenAI. Not Google. A sovereign approach, hosted in France.
For a public-sector context, that's not a technical detail — it's a legal and political prerequisite.
