AXS Ingénierie

AXS Ingénierie is an engineering firm based in Le Havre, specialising in expert assessment, calculations and project management for heavy lifting equipment and industrial and port installations. ISO 9001 and CEFRI certified, the company works in France and abroad, from Morocco to New Caledonia. AXS wanted two specific tools, described in its own specification: an agent to find and qualify future clients, and an agent to draft its technical quotes. The project was split into firm milestones, delivered on AXS's own server. The first agent, dedicated to prospecting, is in service. The sales rep describes in plain French the companies they are looking for, for example “sugar refineries in Brittany”. The agent identifies matching companies and filters out existing clients, ranks them by similarity to the clients already won while explaining each score, spots buying signals and the right contacts, then suggests a tailored approach angle. It relies on AXS's sales history, refreshed every night. Next step: the quote-drafting agent. Starting from the client's specification, it will draft a technical quote in AXS's templates. Pricing stays with the engineers. In short: less time spent searching, better-targeted outreach and faster quotes, with the sales team keeping the final say.
