We're often asked what our "best" offering is. The answer surprises people: it's neither the most expensive nor the most technical. It's the one that took the longest to emerge — shaped by fieldwork, audit after audit. Here's its story, and why we now believe it's the truest expression of our expertise.
What the field taught us
Codito Ergo Sum started with two crafts. Auditing: going inside an organization, mapping its information flows, putting a number on every friction point, and delivering a clear verdict on what's worth pursuing. Building: creating the agents and automations that turn that verdict into tangible gains.
These two crafts put us in front of leaders from every walk of business. And the same pattern kept surfacing, engagement after engagement. The audit did its job — it made the invisible visible and set a course. But once the document was handed over, one question came back, almost always the same: "So now, how do I keep up the pace?"
The missing link
Because an audit gives you a snapshot at a moment in time, and development delivers a solution for one project. Between the two lies the day-to-day — and the day-to-day never stops. Models evolve every month; yesterday's opportunity becomes today's standard. The executive who received their roadmap finds themselves, a few months later, alone in the face of an acceleration they cannot keep up with.
Faced with that, three bad options:
- Do nothing — and watch the gap widen.
- Hire an in-house AI specialist — a rare role, hard to scope, and costly: 60,000 to 100,000 € per year, fully loaded.
- Tinker on your own — and join the ranks of projects that never make it to production.
A fourth path was missing. Not another audit, not a big project. Something regular and calibrated: enough to make real progress, never so much that it overwhelms. A partner who stays, month after month, at just the right intensity. That's the gap the AI Partnership was built to fill — and it's why the question "audit or partnership?" doesn't pit two offerings against each other, but describes a journey.
The shape we gave this expertise
We called this fourth path the AI Partnership. Its philosophy fits in one sentence: traditional consulting tells you what you should do; we do it with you.
In practice, each month, you give us an hour and a half. In return: a clear course, an actionable report with your AI Maturity Score, and a direct channel to keep moving between sessions. Two principles guided every detail. No commitment, first — we want to be chosen every month, not renewed by contract. And above all: the goal is not to make you dependent on Codito, but autonomous. Everything we build belongs to you.
From this philosophy, two tiers — two intensities of the same idea, not two products:
- Essential, 399 €/mo excl. VAT — for the executive who wants to structure their AI thinking one-on-one: monthly review, personalized report, direct channel, priority access to our development team.
- Premium, 699 €/mo excl. VAT — for the one who has understood that AI isn't about the tools but about the teams that embrace them: everything in Essential, plus tailored team training and, together with the team, the installation of their first AI agents.
One boundary, out of honesty: we train your teams toward autonomy and install simple agents together; complex business agents integrated into your information system belong to custom development. For what coaching and training really cover in this format, we've laid it out here.
Why we believe this is the right shape
There's the math, first. An in-house AI specialist runs 60,000 to 100,000 € per year; a consulting firm, 1,500 to 3,000 € per month for far less proximity. At 399 or 699 € per month with no commitment, you get a dedicated partner and skills that stay in-house — for a fraction of the cost. We've laid that comparison out side by side in monthly AI partnership vs. one-off consultant.
But at its core, this isn't a story about price. It's a stance: partner, not vendor. We don't claim it's the most impressive offering in our catalog. We say it's the truest — the one the field taught us to build, by listening to what leaders actually needed. Nothing more, nothing less.
