RailMove Connect answers a concrete problem: letting companies (operators, manufacturers, engineering firms, works contractors) quickly identify rare talent, and freelancers (engineers, project managers, technicians, trainers) find qualified assignments.
The generalist channel isn't enough — a specialised, credible channel is needed.
A prototype validated. Then the real platform.
We first delivered a working prototype to validate the concept and the journeys with both sides of the market.
Once the proto was validated, we moved on to building the full platform — without starting from scratch at every step.
A complete marketplace, currently rolling out.
Sign-up/login, role-based dashboards, assignment posting and management, multi-criteria filters, mutual ratings, admin area for moderation.
